That’s why we now offer two flexible subscription packages—designed to keep your machines up-to-date, your compliance on track, and your data at your fingertips. Choose the model that suits your business needs, and enjoy the freedom of monthly billing or upfront annual savings.

BASIC SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE

  • Remote Technical support – call our service team on +61 (0)2 8507 3009 for assistance.  Our team can log on remotely and potentially trouble shoot any problems that store may be experiencing with the cigarette vending machine.
  • Automatic Software Updates – as with any technology, software requires updates from time to time.  If you site has the capability, we manage these updates remotely.
  • Planogram Updates – The market continues to change, including new pack requirements of 20’s and 30g RYO.  VDMS supports you in 2 planogram updates per year, including advising your POS company, if you are POS integrated, of the changes.

ADVANCED SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE

  • Digital Media – If you have Media screens on the front of your machine, you gain access to VDMS Vision – our cloud based media platform to update point of sale material and digital prices boards (state specific).
  • VDMS Central – We have provision for data mining in relation to our of stock reporting, dispensing data, event data such as when doors have been open, as well as sales and shrinkage investigations.

Please note: the Advanced Subscription requires stores to have VDMS-approved media screens installed. If you’re not yet equipped, speak with our team about arranging an upgrade.
